Warranty

Hard contact lenses / Conventional soft contact lenses

  • You can change the power or brand of your contact lens within 3 months from the date you receive the lens.

  • You can return within a month from the date you receive the lens.

  • You can exchange the damaded lens to a new one only once within a year from the date you receive the lens.

  • If you use Menicon Z, Menicon Soft S, TORAY Breath-O Hard, TORAY Breath-O Hard 2, and Prelina 2 (following lenses),you can exchange your lens to a new one any number of times within a year from the date you receive the lens.

*We cannot refund or exchange the lens when you purchase it without a prescription.
*The warranty is only accepted at the shop where you purchased the lens.
At least half of the contact lens has to be remained if you want to exchange it.
If your lens is smaller than the half size of original lens, or if you lose the whole lens, it cannnot be covered by warranty.
To exchange a damaged lens to a new one (same product and power), you don't need to see a doctor.

SEED AS-LUNA (since November 8th, 2017)

  • You can change the power or brand of your contact lens within 3 months from the date you receive the lens.

  • You can return within a month from the date you receive the lens.

  • You can exchange the lens with a new one for free any number of times within a year from the date you receive the lens. (Only same power and product)

*Any lens that is purchased without a prescription dosen't come with a warranty. *The warranty is only accepted at the shop where you purchased the lens. 
At least half of the contact lens has to be remained if you want to exchange it.
If your lens is smaller than the half size of original lens, or if you lose the whole lens, it cannnot be covered by warranty.
*To exchange a damaged lens to a new one (same product and power), you don't need to see a doctor.

TORAY Prelina (since May 11th, 2018)

  • You can change the power or brand of your contact lens within 3 months from the date you receive the lens for up to twice.

  • You can return within a month from the date you receive the lens.

  • You can exchange the lens with a new one for free only once within a year from the date you receive the lens. (Only same power and product)

*Any lens that is purchased without a prescription dosen't come with a warranty.
*The warranty is only accepted at the shop where you purchased the lens.
At least half of the contact lens has to be remained if you want to exchange it.
If your lens is smaller than the half size of original lens, or if you lose the whole lens, it cannnot be covered by warranty.

AIME Supreme (since January 13th, 2022)

  • You can change the power or brand of your contact lens within 3 months from the date you receive the lens.

*The warranty is only accepted at the shop where you purchased the lens.

AIME ASPHERIC UV-AIR (since January 13th, 2022)

  • You can change the power or brand of your contact lens within 3 months from the date you receive the lens.

  • You can exchange the lens with a new one for free only once within a year from the date you receive the lens. (Only same power and product)

*Any lens that is purchased without a prescription dosen't come with a warranty.
*The warranty is only accepted at the shop where you purchased the lens.
At least half of the contact lens has to be remained if you want to exchange it.
If your lens is smaller than the half size of original lens, or if you lose the whole lens, it cannnot be covered by warranty.
*To exchange a damaged lens to a new one (same product and power), you don't need to see a doctor.

Disposable contact lenses

  • You can change the power and the type of lens within 3 months after the prescription is issued.

  • You can return the lens within a month after the prescription is issued.

*The warranty is only accepted if the purchased product is unopened.
*We cannot refund or exchange the lens if you purchase it without a prescription.
*The warranty is only accepted at the shop where you purchased the lens.

Note: when you exchange the lenses

1. If you want to change the power or type of lenses, you have to see a doctor to get a new prescription.
The doctor's consultation fee is required.

2. If your new lenses are cheaper than the original one, we will pay you the difference.
If it's expensive, additional fee is required.

3. Please bring the receipt and your point card.

Eye glasses

  • If you feel uncomfortable with the vision, you can exchange the lenses once within a year from the date you bought the glasses.

    *You have to see a doctor to get a new prescription. The doctor's consultation fee is required.
    If the lenses are damaged, it cannot be covered by warranty.
  • If the frame of your glasses are damaged, you can exchange it once within 3 months.

    *If you intentionally break it, it cannot be covered by warranty.
    *You can only exchange with the same frame that you bought at J contact.
  • If the frame is out of stock, we will fix it.

    We will clean or maintain the glasses for free, whenever you feel uncomfortable with it.
    Feel free to visit us.
    *We can only maintain the glasses which can be done at the shop.
    (We may need to discuss if you lose some parts, or break it.)
